We currently ship to select addresses within India to ensure smooth and reliable service. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before completing your payment. We may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the website or at checkout.
Available shipping methods will be shown at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, while express shipping, where available, takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and, where applicable, SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
If you need to update your shipping address, phone number, or email address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only within 3 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply based on actual courier costs.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and products. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
We currently do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand internationally in the future, and this policy will be updated with applicable shipping rates, delivery timelines, duties, and taxes once available.
For deliveries where local taxes, duties, or entry charges may apply, these will either be displayed at checkout where applicable or collected by the delivery partner at the time of delivery in accordance with local regulations.
