Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order details at info@shopfimonaa.com. If the order is eligible, we will cancel it and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if the item is eligible under the conditions below.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the conditions outlined in this policy. General returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery if the product meets all return conditions. For items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This timeline is necessary to raise claims with our shipping partners, and requests made after this period may not be accepted. Claims without clear and valid proof may be rejected.
3. Proof Requirements
To request a return, you must contact us via email or website chat and provide your order number along with a complete unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue. The issue must be clearly visible in the proof provided. Failure to submit valid proof within the required timeframe may result in rejection of the request, as claims cannot be processed with courier partners beyond this window.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unwashed, untorn, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and safety materials intact. The product must be packed in the same box or protective packaging in which it was delivered and must be free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any strong odours. Products with tampered tags, missing labels, or any signs of use will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable, final sale, or non-exchangeable on the product page. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. Returns will also not be accepted for issues caused by improper use, handling, washing, or failure to follow care instructions. Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, or finish due to lighting, photography, or fabric characteristics are not considered defects.
6. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. If a scheduled pickup fails due to customer unavailability or the product is not handed over, the return request may be cancelled. After the returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify eligibility. If approved, we will proceed with a replacement or refund. If the return is rejected after inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.
7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in cases where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where the order is cancelled before dispatch or by us due to operational reasons such as stock unavailability. Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, size or fit issues unless explicitly stated, or for products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without proper packaging and tags. In eligible cases, we reserve the right to offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
8. Refund Method and Timelines
All eligible refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once the refund is initiated from our side, it is processed by the payment provider. Typical timelines are 5 to 7 business days for domestic payments and 7 to 14 business days for international card payments. In some cases, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the refund to reflect. If the refund has been processed from our side but is not received within the expected timeframe, you should first contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
9. Partial Refunds and Charges
If only part of an order is returned or cancelled, a partial refund may be issued for the eligible item only. Original shipping charges, cash on delivery fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side. If free shipping was applied based on a minimum order value and the return reduces the order below that threshold, the applicable shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
10. Failed or Reversed Transactions
If your payment is debited but the order is not successfully placed or confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the payment provider or your bank within 5 to 7 business days. If the reversal is not received within this timeframe, please contact us with your payment details and order information so we can assist you.
11. Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy or is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or excessive in nature. This includes repeated return behaviour, misuse of the return system, or failure to follow the required process and timelines.
