We specialise in premium women’s wear, including dresses, Nightwear, and modern outfits for casual and special occasions.

Our collections feature fabrics like cotton and tissue, blended with premium embroidery, stone work, and digital prints. Fabric composition is listed on each product page.

All our products ship ready-to-wear with pre-stitched women's wear. Custom stitching options might be available in the future.

We ship from our warehouse in India to 20,000+ pincodes across India via Shiprocket’s courier network (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, etc.). Remote areas may have longer delivery times or COD restrictions.

Orders process in 1–2 business days + 3–7 business days delivery (total 4–9 days). Express shipping (2–4 days) available in major cities. Weekends/holidays excluded.

Customer support operates Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM IST. Orders placed after 2 PM may process next business day.

Payments

All major methods via Razorpay: UPI, RuPay/Visa/Mastercard debit & credit cards, 50+ net banking options, Paytm/PhonePe wallets, EMI (select cards), and Pay Later options like LazyPay/Simpl.

Yes, COD is available only to selected pin codes up to an order value of ₹ 2,000–5,000 (varies by courier). You’ll see whether COD is available to your address on the checkout page once you enter your complete address and pin code.

100% secure via Razorpay’s PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. We never store full card/UPI PIN details—only transaction IDs for reference.

Failed payments auto-reverse within 5–7 days via Razorpay/bank. Share payment screenshot + Razorpay ID if not credited—we’ll coordinate with Razorpay support.

Shipping & delivery

Multiple via Shiprocket: Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ecom Express. Best option auto-assigned by pincode for speed + cost.

Yes! SMS/email with tracking link sent post-shipment. Track real-time from the Shiprocket-powered courier portal till delivery.

Couriers attempt 2–3 deliveries. If unreachable, shipment returns to us (RTO). RTO charges apply for reshipment. Always keep your contact number active.

Possible only before shipment processing. Contact us immediately with order number. Post-shipment changes depend on courier policy.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

15-day return window for size/fit issues, defective/damaged items.Tags/labels intact, unworn, original packaging required. Customized/altered garments or with parfum fragrances, sale items non-returnable.

Razorpay processes refunds to original method:5–7 business days(domestic),7–14 days(international cards). Bank processing time additional

Return shipment (prepaid label provided), inspection (2–3 days), then bank transfer/UPI to your registered details. Share accurate bank/UPI info to avoid delays.

No, unless our error (wrong item, damage). RTO charges always customer responsibility.

Size, fit & product quality

Indian standard sizing + detailed size charts per style(bust/waist/hip/length in inches/cm). Check model stats + measure yourself.Size exchanges free within policy.

Studio lighting + screen variations cause minor differences. Not considered defective unless gross mismatch. Fabric swatches available on request

Product page + garment label: First wash, dry clean recommended. Hand-wash cold/dark colours separately thereafter. Iron low-medium. Care Instructions are mentioned on each product page.

Choose the size by your bust, waist, and hip measurements, and compare them with the size chart rather than guessing from S/M/L alone. If you’re between two sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit, especially for fitted or one-piece styles.

Size guide

  • For fitted dresses, use the bust as the main reference.
  • For A-line or flared dresses, the bust still matters most, because the flare gives more room at the hips.
  • For coord sets, choose the size that fits your larger measurement, since top and bottom need to work together.
  • If the fabric has little stretch, go one size up for comfort.

Within 12 hours if not processed. Email/WhatsApp order number immediately. Post-processing: only return/exchange possible.

Place as single order for consolidated shipping. Separate orders = separate shipments/charges.
