1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

We currently ship to select addresses within India to ensure smooth and reliable service. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code at checkout.

We can accommodate changes only within 3 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
