Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or any delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping locations

We currently ship to select addresses within India to ensure smooth and reliable service. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. To check delivery availability, simply enter your pincode at checkout.

Shipping options & estimated delivery times

At checkout, you will see the available shipping methods for your address. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard shipping: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Express shipping (where available): 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order value, weight, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email (or SMS/WhatsApp, where applicable) with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package/products. We will investigate and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, we will update this page with applicable rates, duties, and taxes information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For deliveries where local taxes or entry charges apply, these will be shown at checkout (if applicable) or may be collected by the delivery partner at the time of delivery, as per local regulations.
